Acceptable use
Use this service only for lawful recruiting and workforce-planning activities. You are responsible for the information you submit and for complying with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
AI output
AI output is an assistive draft, not a hiring decision or legal advice. Review Boolean strings, evaluations, and outreach before using them.
Payments and credits
Credits are sold in one-time packs (500 / 1,000 / 2,000 actions) processed securely by PayU — card and UPI details never touch our servers. There are no subscriptions and no free trial. Unused credits reset at each calendar month-end. Credit packs are consumed on use and are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been spent; failed or duplicate charges are corrected or refunded to the original method (see Refund Policy).
Accounts
Keep your credentials private and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict abusive, automated, or unauthorized use. You may delete your account (and all linked data) anytime from workspace Settings.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you hold under consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights.
