How billing works

Recruiting AI is pay-as-you-go: there are no subscriptions and no free trial. You top up AI credits in fixed packs (500 / 1,000 / 2,000 actions, from $10 / ₹858) and every AI action deducts from your balance. Unused credits reset at the end of each calendar month. Payments are processed securely by PayU (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets).

Refunds

Credit packs are consumed on use and are generally non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been spent. If a payment was captured but credits never landed on your account, or you were charged twice for the same order, contact support with your payment date and amount for a correction or refund. Refunds, when granted, go back to the original payment method via PayU within 5–7 business days.
